In Body Thrive by Cate Stillman, we are exploring 10 different ways to bring Ayurvedic principles into our everyday lives.
We will begin with our Master Class, Create a Morning Ritual, in which we create a basic framework for morning rituals based on Ayurvedic practices then look at other options to personalize it and make it our own.
Next, we will jump into our 10-Day Yoga Reading Challenge, where we will read the book together and put our new Ayurvedic morning rituals into practice!
