December 2020 Book of the Month
The Bhagavad Gita by Edward Viljoen
This month, we are digging into a yoga classic for our Yoga + Foundation theme!
By exploring the ins and outs of a foundational yogic text, we will learn more about the philosophy behind yoga – both on and off the mat – and apply those principles to your personal yoga plan!
This month, during our 10-Day Yoga Reading Challenge, we’re reading The Bhagavad Gita by Edward Viljoen.
Viljoen breaks down the Bhagavad Gita so that it’s easily accessible with a synopsis, character list, and background information that makes everything come into focus.
But FIRST, we will have an accountability call with all members who would like to connect to their Yoga Accountabili-Buddy plus a live yoga group coaching session! In both, we will look at how our individual yoga practices are going, what is working and what isn’t, and how we can hone in on what – and when – to update and change and when to keep going.
Digital subscribers, don’t forget to log-in to the member platform to download your Master Class Workbook and your 10-Day Yoga Reading Challenge Guide to get the most out of this month’s practice!
