July Book of the Month
Are you ready for revolution? Did you know that you could use your yoga practice to help you get there?
Revolution of the Soul by Seane Corn is not just a story of how one yogi learned to find her dharma through service to the world in her yoga practice but a guide on how you can do the same thing.
The story starts in a New York gay bar called Heaven and takes you on a journey around the world and back as Seane shares her yogic journey with insights into yoga philosophy along the way.
This month, our Do a Shot of Yoga Master Class, Be the Bomb: Yoga + Revolution, will explore the Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs of the 8-limb yoga path and teach you how to apply 10 basic principles to your yogic practice with a single goal in mind: connecting with your dharma so that you can be the change you want to see in the world!
Next, we will jump into our 10-Day Yoga Reading Challenge, where we will read the book together and commit to connecting with our dharma + bringing our dharm into our yoga practice and the world.
But FIRST, to we will have 2 live yoga group coaching sessions! This month, the topics are all about yoga sequencing!
